Question 1

Should I get a monthly plan or a credit pack?

Accepted Answer

If you make something every week, go monthly: you get a bit more per dollar, and you can run two to four generations at once. If it's just one project, a credit pack is a single payment that never renews, and the credits stay good for a full year.

Question 2

Do credits expire?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Credits from a monthly plan are valid for 30 days, and each renewal adds a fresh batch. Credits from a one-time pack are valid for 365 days. You can see each batch and its expiry date in your account.

Question 3

I have both plan and pack credits. Which are used first?

Accepted Answer

The credits that expire soonest are always used first, so you don't lose credits you could have spent. You can hold a plan and a pack at the same time, and they share one balance.

Question 4

Can I cancel my monthly plan anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel in your account settings whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. Credits you already have stay usable until they expire.

Question 5

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you ask within 3 days of the purchase or renewal and have used no more than 20 credits from it. Email support@minimaxai.video with your account email and order ID. The refund policy has the full details.

Question 6

Do I lose credits if a generation fails?

Accepted Answer

No. If a generation fails on our side, paid credits go back to your balance automatically, and you don't need to contact us. Free signup credits are not returned.
